MISSION

ProMax is a highly successful “Infrastructure Project Management” Consulting firm operating since the last 7 (Seven) years (Floated in the year 2004). We are into the business of saving costs, improving quality and ensuring timely delivery consistently through our team of over 130 people working on several projects in South India.
Our leadership team comprising of Industry leaders have a combined experience of over 100 man years in the Project/Construction management Industry.
Our process and methodologies are in compliance with some of the global best practices and therefore gives us the competitive advantage as well as improved capability to serve your organization effectively.

Currently ProMax is having operations in the States of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra & Goa. Our Clients are Multi-National Companies, Central & State Government, Developers & Corporate Companies. Apart from Project Management (PMC), our company also takes up Design Turnkey which include Architectural & Interior Design, Structural Engineering & Electro-Mechanical Engineering Design. We are currently working on about 6 (Six) projects on a Turnkey Design Basis.
Our services are designed with the objective to eliminate complexity from our client's projects. While we constantly provide value add services to our clients at every stage of a project, listed below are some of our core services.

ProMax shall exercise due care and diligence in the exercise of their obligations. In the event that mistakes, deficiencies and/or deviations in the work of other parties occur, ProMax is obliged to inform Client promptly, providing recommendation and seeking Client’ direction on remedies. ProMax shall exercise such general superintendence and inspection in regard to such works as may be necessary to ensure what works are being executed in accordance with contract documents and shall endeavor to guard Client against the defects and deficiencies in the work of the contractor(s) and Consultants.
