CEO & M D
A Civil Engineer by profession who promoted the company in 2004. Ram comes with a total experience of more than 2 decades in the Industry & was a part of projects like NALCO, Vizag Steel Plant, Infosys, Mind tree Consulting, Motorola Electronics, Dell Computers, Aurigene Discovery to name a few. Ram has a on-hand experience of various aspects of Construction, MEP & Fit-out.
Ram has also promoted a Training Academy in the name of CRITICAL EDGE to provide Technical Training to Project Managers & Engineers. CE is a Non-Profit Organization trying to mould tomorrow’s Engineers by giving that extra polish.
Mr. Vijayasarathi M R
Executive Director
An Engineering Graduate from REC Trichy in the year 1979. With his rich experience of 31+ years he has served in various fields of Construction & its sub-segments: Infrastructure, Institutions, Software IT parks, Residential & Commercial, Roads & Bridges, Industries, Hospitals and Entertainment. Vijayasarathi has served varied clients in the length and breadth of the country. His main strengths are Business Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Business & Team Development, Projects Execution Monitoring, Risk Assessment, Mitigation & crisis avoidances towards realizing set goals.
Director – HR & Admin
A BSc Graduate, Jayashree has been working in multi-national companies like AXA (formerly Guardian Insurance) holding a Key Portfolio, prior to that has worked in companies like Kirloskar and L & T Gould.
She is also the CEO of Critical Edge, the training wing of ProMax.
J. Maruthi V. Rao
Regional Head – AP
Mr. Maruthi Rao is a Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the field of Construction. He has been involved with various constructions like Steel Plants, Hotels, Railway BG Lines, IT Parks, Residential, Commercial and Educational Institutions in and around India and Gulf (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain).
Mr. Rao has a rich background and experience in Construction field and has earlier worked with reputed organizations like M.N Dastur & Company Ltd, Mannai Engineering Company Ltd., Hindustan Construction Company Ltd, Balaji Rail Road Systems Ltd., SYConE Project Management Consultants, NCCURBAN, Satyavani Projects & Consultants (P) Ltd.
His Scope is into providing Project Management Consultancy & Construction Management Services & Business Development.
Mr. Balamukunda C. V.
VP QS & Contracts
Mr. Bala Mukunda is Civil Engineering Graduate from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. Starting with the Bhilai Steel Plant for MECON ltd in 1974 he has worked on different projects & is one of the Senior Team Member with 34 years of experience. He has gained experience by working in different locations all over the world and has gained a vast expereince. Mr. BalaMukunda is invloved with ProMax since 2007 onwards.
Major (Retd) Nagendra Kumar
Karnataka - Regional Head
Mr. Nagendra Kumar is a Civil Engineer by profession. Served Indian Army - MES for 25 yrs. & involved in Execution of Technical Buildings, Bridges, Staff Quarters, Air Force Installations including run ways, taxi ways, blast pens and hangers., administrative complexes, Military Schools, etc.
Mr. Nagendra Kumar is involved with ProMax since 2007.
Colonel Durairaj
Tamil Nadu - Regional Head
Col Durairaj has completed his BE (Civil) - Regional Engg College, Tiruchirapalli ( 1971-76). An Engineer with 31 years of experience in the Indian Army in Administration, Construction Engineering & Management and Human Resource Management. Recently completed the assignment as Chief Executive Officer of an International School in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His skills like liasioning, motivating, accountability, dependability, all these help to lead the organization in a disciplined and methodical ways to ensure success. Mr. Durairaj is associated with ProMax from 2009 onwards.
Mr. Sandeep Bharadwaj

Mr. Sandeep is Civil Engineer from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. Has been associated with various prestigious organizations in India & Abroad and has gained vast knowledge in the field of infrastructure development. His competence lies in the areas of Planning, technical design review, value engineering, budgeting, cost control, contracts management etc.., Major Projects he has been be associated with are IT Parks – Divyashree Orion, Convergys, Solitaire Techno Park, Shimoga and Gulbarga IT Park - KEONCIS. He is associated with ProMax from 2007 onwards.
Mrs. Bhanumathi Anand

Mrs. Bhanumathi holds M.Com and MBA degree in Finance & she has over 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting field.
She has worked with reputed organizations like Shell Solar India Private Limited, Oracle Corporation, Thomson Reuters, ANZ Support Services Private Limited, etc.

An MCA Graduate, Handling the IT & Admin support & HR activities. Working with ProMax since 2006. Now working for the Business Development Section.
Mr. Ishwar Bhat
AGM (MEP)
Expertise in MEP aspects of Engineering with excellent communication, co-ordination and monitoring skills, His technical abilities varies from a range of Services like tender quoting and co-ordination of projects, team management, tender evaluation and verification to quality assurance, bill certification, quality assurance, bill certification, co-ordination of multiple projects between client, Consultant and Architect, value engineering and recommendation for design changes etc. Has been associated with number of prestigious projects. Mr. Ishwar is associated with ProMax since 2005.
Mr. Alexander S
Goa - Regional Head
Mr. Alexander holds Electrical Engineering Degree, and has an extensive experience of around 24 years in Project Planning & MEP works, Man Management.
Mr. Alexander is a seasoned professional having a diversified and rich experience in Six Sigma foundation, Risk Management, Fire fighting, Business intelligence, EHS etc. He has managed projects at senior levels in various reputed organizations.
